The prices
Basic price for one person:
into the apartment "Papillon" = 80,- € per day
into the apartment "Marion" = 65,- € per day
into the trade fair room "Julia" = 50,- € per day
into the guestroom "Stephanie" = 50,- € per day
plus 20 € for each additional person (maximumbooking: "Papillon" = 4 persons, "Marion", "Julia" and "Stephanie" = 2 persons, with a camp bed 3 persons)
in each case including bed linen, towels, final cleaning and all additional costs such as electricity, water and gas.
Discount for long-term bookings and frequent customers:
from 1 week 20%, from 2 weeks 30%, from 3 weeks 40%
from 1 month 50%, from 2 months 55%, from 3 months 60%
Trade fair supplement: 20%, major trade fairs: 50%
During major trade fairs fixed prices are valid, whose computation based on:
Full allocation, minimum guest-nights = length of the trade fair + 2 nights, no discounts
Bicycle rental or movement trainer:
For guests: 3 € per day, 12 € per week, 35 € per month
for non-guests: 4 € per day, 16 € per week, 47 € per month
All prices include VAT at the current applicable rate.
